Customer Interface

The OTOBO Customer Interface is the dedicated web interface intended to be used by customers to interact with OTOBO. It allows customers to create tickets, search for and view their own tickets or tickets belonging to their organization, and track follow-up information. This interface is configured separately from the Agent Interface.
